Refund Policy

General :

At Nestv, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right. As we do have the 24 Hours Test, we don’t give a refund.

If you purchased directly a subscription without going through the Free trial, Please note that we only approve refund if there is an issue from our side or our servers, we don’t assume the responsibility of misusing our product. If you have a proof of something not working, then we can provide a refund.

Note that the refund will be only partial, we will deduct the price of number of days used (4.3 US$ per day)
